released in the year 2000 to friends

In the year 2000 I graduated from college at the University of Iowa. I moved into a haunted attic apartment in Iowa City with my drunkest friend Younger. We called it the Meth Lab. Over the next year I experimented with psychedelic drugs, was possessed by a demon, and recorded this album. Coolzey as Roy G. Biv was my first attempt at a solid all hip hop album. Short, tight, solid, all hip hop. I still like it. I originally made about 30 copies on CD-R, photo copied the covers, put them in jewel cases and gave them to my friends and family. A few years later I re-released it as a zine with extra pictures. A few lucky so-and-so’s might still possess that version. It was another very limited run of about 30.
