Coolzey vs Przm is the third in a series of EPs. It was released in June 2008. The beat production on the album was entirely by DJ Przm of Spitball and mixed by Coolzey except for Snatch Your Girlfriend beat which was written by Coolzey. Scratches were handled by Coolzey. Guest appearances include Bru Lei on Snatch Your Girlfriend, Count Bass D on Punk/Punk/Punk, and Daren Ho of Raccoo-oo-oon and The Rhombus on Old Souls.

The album was recorded in Sacramento in DJ Przm’s apartment and finished a year after DJ Przm passed away on June 10th, 2007 in Iowa City @ Tucker Burnes Recording. Mixed and mastered in Iowa City @ Tucker Burnes Recording. This album represents the autumn years of the trilogy of EPs.
